Establishing the foundation, deepening skills: With 鈥楶ro Teaching Compact鈥�, we are currently developing a new academic teaching programme as a self-study and blended learning offering.

As a quick start aid in teaching, it offers you an optimal basis for successfully conducting and further developing your courses. Thanks to its modular structure, we are creating an offering that you can flexibly work through and adapt to your individual needs.

The previous programme 鈥楶ro Lehre (flex)鈥� can still be completed.

We are looking for committed teachers to test the first draft of the 鈥楶ro Lehre Kompakt鈥� programme with us and support us with valuable perspectives and constructive feedback. This will enable us to further develop the programme in line with your needs.

What exactly will participation involve?
The academic teaching team invites the focus group to test the current programme content over a period of two months starting at the end of October 2025.

We will coordinate short feedback rounds every two weeks to further develop the draft together.

The total workload amounts to one hour of consultation every two weeks and one hour of work in the system per week.
