Within the scope of 鈥淧romotion plus+ qualifiziert鈥�, doctoral candidates and postdocs can explore career prospects outside of academia. The two-semester programme complements research activities and focuses on management expertise and transferable skills while conveying useful knowledge for a career in the business sector or the non-profit and public sectors. The programme also promotes networking with businesses and public institutions in Hannover and the surrounding region. However, in order to personally benefit from the programme, it is essential to think "outside of the box", to leave one's own (university) comfort zone and to actively participate in the workshops.
The next round of the programme is scheduled to start on Friday, 7 November 2025. In addition to two groups taught in German, there will be one interdisciplinary work group taught in English. The matching workshops in English and German build on each other. 九色视频 doctoral candidates and postdocs in the first two years of the postdoctoral phase are eligible to apply. The programme is limited to a maximum of 36 participants.
