Research Position in the field Quantitative Political Science Methods

The Institute of Political Science at the Faculty of Humanities welcomes applications for the following position starting at the earliest possible date: Research Position in the field Quantitative Political Science Methods (salary scale 13 TV-L, 75 %)
The position is limited for a time period of 3 years, with the possibility of extension.
Your role
- The position is advertised in the team for Quantitative Political Science Methods at the Institute of Political Science.
- You will be tasked with teaching two courses in the field of comparative politics or quantitative political science methods per semester.
- You will be conducting independent research as well as participating in the research of the team.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate must hold a completed university degree in political science or a neighboring discipline.
In addition, we are looking for a candidate with the following:
- We expect applicants to have experience with quantitative political science methods.
- We expect the work of the applicants to speak to the research of the team in one of the following fields: Legislative research, party research, electoral systems research, or the political system of Germany.
